Silk screen printing technology
Screen printing refers to the use of silk screen as a plate base, and through the photosensitive plate making method, made into a screen printing plate with graphics and text. Screen printing is composed of five elements, screen printing plate, squeegee, ink, printing table and substrate. Use the basic principle that the mesh of the graphic part of the screen printing plate can penetrate the ink, and the mesh of the non-graphic part cannot penetrate the ink for printing. When printing, pour ink on one end of the screen printing plate, use a squeegee to apply a certain pressure to the ink part on the screen printing plate, and at the same time move to the other end of the screen printing plate at a uniform speed, the ink is moved by the squeegee from the graphic Part of the mesh is squeezed onto the substrate.

Labeling technology
Labeling is to stick a roll of self-adhesive paper label (paper or metal foil) on the PCB, product or specified packaging.

Hot stamping process
Hot stamping, commonly known as “hot stamping (hot silver or customer-specified color)”, refers to printing designated text and patterns on the surface of plastic materials and other materials, or embossing various embossed book titles or patterns by hot pressing.

Spraying technology
Spraying is a coating method in which spray guns or disc atomizers are used to disperse into uniform and fine droplets by means of pressure or centrifugal force and apply to the surface of the object to be coated. It can be divided into air spraying, airless spraying, electrostatic spraying and various derived methods of the above basic spraying forms, such as large flow and low pressure atomization spraying, thermal spraying, automatic spraying, multi-group spraying, etc.

Electroplating process
The electroplating process uses the principle of electrolysis to coat a layer of metal on a conductor. Electroplating refers to a surface processing method that uses the base metal to be plated as a cathode in a salt solution containing pre-plated metal to deposit the cations of the pre-plated metal in the plating solution on the surface of the base metal through electrolysis to form a plating layer.

Blister Technology
It is a kind of plastic processing technology. The main principle is to heat the flat plastic hard sheet to soften it, adopt vacuum to absorb it on the mold surface, and cool it to form. It is widely used in plastic packaging, lighting, advertising, decoration and other industries.
